· The verification and validation report is coming up, and we completed our alpha prototype and testing, leaving this week to focus on the report. We created a circuit to test the idea that Dr. Hammill proposed with electrical indication of blood vessels. A light would be attached and the blood vessels were coated with conductive paint. Touching the vessel with the probe would complete the circuit, turning on the light. This circuit was validated, and opaque dye was ordered to ensure that surgeons would have only the circuit to validate if they hit a structure or not to increase the realism of the practice.
